Boluda Maritime Terminals’ new facility in the Port of Santander (Spain) is situated in one of Europe’s most extreme environments. Just metres from the sea, the three buildings which form the Boluda complex must resist the aggressive marine environment and reflect the company’s values.
Using Granite® HDXtreme from ArcelorMittal Europe – Flat Products, local partner HUURRE IBÉRICA created HI-QuadCore KS1000 AWP facade and HI-PIR XT roof panels which were formed into iconic structures by GRUPO LESACA. The result accurately conveys Boluda’s values of modernity, functionality, and sustainability. Designed by local architect Esteban Aparicio, the Boluda Terminal complex was constructed by DRAGADOS.
