XCarb® low carbon-emissions steel
XCarb® recycled and renewably produced is manufactured in an electric arc furnace using renewable electricity and a high proportion of recycled steel.
A wide range of ArcelorMittal products are already available as XCarb® recycled and renewably produced. These steel products deliver a reduction in carbon emissions of up to 90% compared with the same product made via the conventional steelmaking route.
ArcelorMittal is the leading supplier of low carbon-emissions steel production in Europe and sold 400,000 tonnes of its XCarb® steel in 2024, with sales expected to further increase this year.

Electrical Steels
The electrical steels team will present our extensive product range of products for both industrial and e-mobility applications, highlighting the importance of the latest investments in our electrical steel production facilities in Mardyck and Saint-Chély d’Apcher.
