ArcelorMittal Europe – Flat Products was present in Sao Paulo at the Intersolar South America fair, from August 26 to 28. We joined the German pavilion, together with our colleagues from ArcelorMittal Brazil. On the stand we got the opportunity to introduce our innovative metallic coating Magnelis^®. Our presence was a success, direct proof of that were the 50 contacts we had with manufacturers in the Engineering, Procurement and Construction sector, component producers and investors. 

The fair welcomed approximately 3,000 visitors and about 80 companies exhibited of which 20 German companies and a high number of Chinese Photovoltaic module producers. 

Joining the German pavilion was a good choice. The booth was very well organised and had a good visibility, hence the success of the contacts we made.

Luiz Andres, technical Magnelis^® expert of ArcelorMittal Brazil, got the opportunity to present Magnelis^® on the stand, emphasising the product’s main characteristics: 

• innovative metallic coating
• ability to self-heal on cut edges
• performs up to ten times better than galvanised solutions
• 25-year guarantee*
• first metallic coating to be guaranteed in marine conditions (C5M, ISO 12944-2).

The presentation was very clear and was well received by the audience.
