Applications
Primarily standing seam roofs, but also walls and rainwater systems (gutters, downpipes and accessories).
Standing seam roofs (or walls) use continuous metal panels running from ridge to eaves with interlocking and overlapping ‘seams’ that offer both excellent weather resistance and distinctive, unbroken visual aesthetics. Granite® HFX Cool is ideal for these applications because of its ductility and malleability, even at low temperatures, as well as its durability. This allows rapid and effective creation of the seam whether pre-formed off-site, or formed on site.

Easy, quick to install, assemble and fold in situ even at low temperatures thanks to its optimised flexible 55-micron paint system & flexible steel grade that can withstand deformation and weathering
Better thermal resistance than zinc or aluminium under severe climate conditions, which ensures that it remains flat
Technical characteristics
Granite® HFX Cool has an optimised, flexible 55-micron paint system combined with a flexible steel grade (DX54D ‘minimum recommended’ and above) that can withstand deformation and weathering. It comes with an automatic guarantee for non-perforation of the steel substrate and non-peeling of the paint film up to 20 years in selected environments.
